A study of 585 children in a public school district found significant correlations between IM scores and academic performance in reading, mathematics, language, science, social studies, and study skills. Their results were published by the High/Scope Foundation – a prestigious, non-profit educational research institution since 1970. A double-blind, placebo controlled study of 9 to 12 year old boys diagnosed with ADHD, found those who completed the IM program showed significant patterns of improvement in attention, coordination, control of aggression/impulsivity, reading and language processing. This study was published in the American Journal of Occupational Therapy, March 2001. The following table shows the results of 1711 students that completed PACE training from the months of August 2002 to July 2003. The students achieved the gains reported below in a 12 week training period.
Master the Code is a reading program that literally rebuilds a student's reading system on an efficient sound-to-code foundation. It takes full advantage of the increased cognitive skill strength produced by PACE training, and revolutionizes the students ease and efficiency in reading in approximately 6 weeks. The following table shows the results in the critical Word Attack skill from 224 students that completed the MTC program between August 2002 and July 2003. Word Attack is the ability to read unfamiliar words.
